BLUEY ROBINSON (live for the BBQ)
Bluey Robinson has played his first ever live show in aid of Anglomania and the Prada foundation.
MTV News was there to witness the singer/songwriter from London as he got to showcase his first five songs at the trendy Double Club.
The set included the uptempo Showgirl and more classic RnB tracks Believe and I Know which the crowd (notably made up of screaming girls) seemed to love.
Mark Ronson and The Klaxtons Jamie Reynolds were also present to witness Bluey’s potential and rumour has it that a collaboration with the DJ extraordinaire is on the cards.
Remember you heard it hear first!
As well as being linked with Ronson, Bluey is also rumoured to be working with the likes of Asher Roth and Ryan Leslie in the near future. Watch this space!
Bluey’s new single I Know is due for release at the end of July, we recommend you check it out…

DIGIKID84:
If Quincy jones and Prince had, by a divine intervention, given birth to a little brat in 2009, it would be him. The recipe: fingers running on 80’s keyboard and a funky bass that even makes the dead dance. After the release of his first EP “Bboy underground”, his numerous remixes (We Are Terrorist, Captain Funk, Leonard de Leonard, Freshlovers) and his collaboration with Blackshere, he arrives strongly on Young Gunz to talk about Testarossas and pink Versace suits.
The way to Miami Vice.
