Live : UNWED SAILOR (Gentlemen Records/Us)

Alternative / Progressive / Visual. In 2008, Unwed Sailor combined its instrumental rock roots, with the experimental/ambient sounds from its recent previous releases to create Little Wars. Little Wars features energetic and highly melodic instrumental rock songs, gently colored with layered synth keyboards and percussion. The album moves along steadily with danceable rhythms, melodic distortion, and delicate ambience. Little Wars is truly a unique, progressive, and challenging, addition to instrumental music. Unwed Sailor has continued to tour throughout 2008, sharing dates with This Will Destroy You, and Sybris. More touring is planned for the fall of 2008 in the U.S. and Europe.

Live : HIGH PLACES (Thrill Jockey/Us)

Surf / Hardcore / Trance. Magic.

Live : CATS IN PARIS (Aa/Uk)

Hardcore / Expérimentale / Folk. We are Cats In Paris, a music band from Manchester which is in the North of England. If you would like us to play for you some time, get in touch! We are always happy to be offered gigs, but our myspace is getting a bit clogged up with gig requests and we're losing track, so please email gig requests instead. We look forward to playing for YOU! Thanks!

Live : PLUGS (Uk)

Progressive / Psyché. Side-project de Morgan Quaintance (Does It Offend You, Yeah?). It’s described as a sort of ‘post-rave, afro infuenced groove monster’. It sounds a bit like a house party thrown jointly by Hot Chip and The Beta Band. Lead single ‘That Number’ instantly grabs hold of you, shakes you around like the teacup ride at Disneyland, then gently lays you down to regain your composure. It’s just absolutely brilliant.
