A propos de Rain Speaks (en anglais) :
Rain Speaks was created in 2014 in Metz-France by Altay Dagistan (from Istanbul, Turkey) and Engin Altunlu (from Izmir, Turkey). Altay and Engin met in Metz in a bar by coincidence while they were both students. They both were writing music in their free time. After forming a band with a drummer and a bass player, the band started working on their songs and played various gigs in Metz. While the music was very well received and much appreciated by the public, the band had to be disbanded due to Altay having to move to Brittany in 2015. For 5 years, Altay kept writing songs for Rain Speaks while living in a small town near the seaside, in West France. He published a single named “Çimen” in 2018. Five years later in 2020, Rain Speaks was reunited in Paris, joined by new members. Today, Rain Speaks is a multinational band formed by Turkish, Colombian, Italian and British musicians. Rain Speaks published its first album “Play On” in 2020. The album is available on all major streaming platforms as well as an audio CD.
